You can return almost any purchase you make from the BOUVIER Pop-up Shop. Almost!
Because of health regulations, we’re unable to accept returned earrings. So, choose those wisely.
Note: BOUVIER Gold Vermeil will wear naturally over time, revealing the colour of Sterling Silver. The speed at which it wears will vary from one wearer to another. Bouvier will offer a re-gilding service at a minimal cost should you require your vermeil to be restored.
You can return your items within 14 days of receiving them.
Firstly, and most importantly,Contact Us to let us know that you’re unhappy with your purchase. We’ll give you the OK and the details for the return. Make sure the items are in new condition, unworn and with all original packaging, including your proof of purchase (usually our packing slip from your delivery or your PayPal receipt). If possible, use the original packing carton for the return voyage. We can’t be held responsible for any damage in transit caused by poor packing.
What happens then
Once we’ve checked the items, we’ll send you an approval with details of the refund. We can only refund into the same account that was used for the original purchase. We don’t refund any shipping costs incurred by you.
