Your Privacy

Here you’ll find out how important your privacy is to us.

What information do we collect?

BOUVIER will collect information when you make a purchase or register for newsletter updates. If you place an order, we'll collect and hold only the information required to process and fulfill your order. If you register for marketing updates, we'll collect and store your email address.

It's important to note here that credit card numbers and transactions are not collected by BOUVIER but are processed by the PayPal gateway. If you have concerns about how your credit card details are being handled, please refer to the Privacy Policy on the PayPal web site here.

How do we use that information?

BOUVIER will use the information we collect from you in a number of ways ...

  • to process and fulfill any orders you place on our shopping site;
  • in the day-to-day management of your account;
  • to personalise your shopping experience; and
  • to send you marketing updates (if you have agreed).
BOUVIER will never knowingly share or sell your personal information to any third party. From time to time, BOUVIER may engage or contract business partners to assist with the management and marketing on our online shop. Those parties will be subjected to confidentiality agreements in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Can you access and change your own information?

As a BOUVIER account holder, you will have access to all of the information collected by BOUVIER in the 'My Account' section of the website. Once logged in, you will be able to edit and update those details, including the ability to opt-in or out of receiving marketing updates.

If you have placed an order as a guest, rather than an account holder, you are still able to gain access to the details collected from you by contacting us directly.
